Employee Benefits and ERISA

We are experienced working with the federal statutes that govern employee benefits and retirement plans. Our attorneys have experience working with third party administrators, benefit managers, fund managers, trustees, accountants, attorneys, human resource professionals, consultants, advisers, and company owners who deal with the formation, plan design, administration, and communication involving these complex plans. We assist clients by reviewing necessary retirement plan documents, as well as providing ongoing advice with respect to plan maintenance and continued compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA and related regulations. We advise clients in the choice and design of both qualified and non-qualified employee benefit plans. Qualified plans include defined contribution and defined benefit pension plans, 401(k) plans, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), and employee welfare plans (including health care, dependent care, life insurance and disability insurance plans and programs).
